- meanwhile make fattoush preheat oven to 200u00b0c place bread on 2 baking trays spray with oil bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp remove from oven combine tomatoes cucumber onion capsicum mint and parsley in a large bowl add oil and lemon juice season with salt and pepper break bread into pieces add to tomato mixture toss to combine
