The ingredient of Pan Pizza Cob
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper deseeded coarsely chopped
- 1 ear of whole wheat bread
- 1 bowl of chunks of roast capsicum dip
- 10 twiggy sticks finely chopped
- 1 4 cup pitted sicilian olives halved
- 1 1 2 cups grated pizza cheese
- fresh oregano to serve
- basil leaves serve
The Instruction of pan pizza cob
- preheat the oven to 200 u00b0 c 180 u00b0 c fan forced place an ovenproof skillet in the oven to heat spray another frying pan with the olive oil and heat over medium heat add the onion and pepper and cook stirring often for 5 minutes or until tender set aside to cool
- use a sharp bread knife to deeply score the bread make cuts of approximately 3 4cm apart in a grid pattern do not cut all the way through the bread spread the cut surface with the dip
- stuff the onion mixture twiggy sticks olives and cheese between the bread cuts carefully transfer the spike to the preheated skillet bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is crispy serve sprinkled with the oregano and basil
