Grilled Flatbread Pizzas


Low in fat and full of flavor, these tasty pizzas are a clever way to use the leftovers from Christmas - and they are sure to be a hit with the whole family!

The ingredient of Grilled Flatbread Pizzas

  • 4 x pieces 20cm diameter full lebanese bread
  • 1 x 450g can thin pineapple slices drained
  • 160 ml 2 3 cup of pasta sauce
  • 1 red onion halved very thinly sliced
  • 240 g 1 1 2 cup lean ham
  • 100 g 1 cup coarsely grated low fat mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coarsely chopped continental persil
